Natsyeva tatsmin tatsukhasukhitvam (24)

Enjoying the joy of It or Him is not found in false love.

This can be interpreted in two ways. Ist Interpretation: is to enjoy the other's joy as one's own joy. This also includes to suffer other's sufferings. If I have true love towards the other, I have to enjoy his joys and suffer his sufferings. This is the true qualification of love. Love is the sharing of Hearts. Akhyati hrdayam hrda There are numurous examples for this.

Examples from Ramayana:

Vyasanesu manusyanam bhrsam bhavanti dhuhkhitah,
Utsavesu ca sarvesu viteva paritusyati.

* Rama suffered subjects' sufferings and enjoyed their joy as a father does with his children.

Mayi bhavastu vaidehyasvatvato vinivesitah,
Mamapi bhavo vaidehyah sarvatha vinivesitah.

Rama says, "I am superpassed with the Bhava of Sita, while Sita is charged with my Bhava".

Vasanto yadi tatrapi .... yatra me vasati priya,
Nunam paravasa Sita sapi socatyaham yatha.

"If the same spring has come in the place in which my beloved stays, she will also be in agony" Rama suffers her sufferings.

Api tam madiyogacca soukumaryacca bhaminim,
Na duram pidayetkamah saradgananirantarah.

"Let the love and the sense of longing what can be intensified by this autumnal bloom, not harm my darling".

Vaidehyah priyamakadakhan svacca cittascca lobhayan,
Rama developed desire in his heart, to make Sita happy in Citrakuta hill.

Sukhanamucito nityamasukhanamanucitah,
Duhkhamuttaramasadhya kacciddamo na sidati.

"Rama who deserves joy and never deserves agony, should not suffer out of agony that comes further" suffers Sita.
