The Power of Resolve

First at the mental and emotional levels, there is a drastic change you experience. Slowly it can change your diabetic condition as well. Hundreds of diabetics, thousands of asthmatics, scores of hypertensives have completely regained their health status drastically.
That is how resolve works. That is the power of Resolve.

When you go to Rtambhara prajna associated with samprajnata samadhi, Patanjali says that whatever you think you become. In Manomaya Kosa level - the power of resolve could be so great that your thought gets a physical reality. You create objects of the world.

Summary of Practice of MIRT.

The whole practice of MIRT is summarized in the following slides.
Steps in MIRT

1. Prayer
Aneka bahudaravaktranetram, pasyami tvam sarvato'nantarupam. Nantam na madhyam na punanstavadim, pasyami visvesvara visvarupa. (Gita: 11.16).
2. Recognise Passive and Active Visualisations
3. Contract-expand (3 rounds) 'OM'
4. Speeding-slowing (3 rounds) 'OM'
5. Mind-imagery a) Yantra b) Upasana c) Meditation (stay and empower immune system)
6. Silence
7. Resolve (9 times)
8. Closing prayer
Sarve bhavantu sukhinah, sarve santu niramayah, Sarve bhadrani pasyantu ma kascit duhkhabhag bhavet. Om Santih santih santih.
